AWD Swimming
Earlier this term, 16 students went to Levin to compete in the Athletes With Disabilities (AWD) Swimming event. The students were a credit to Awatapu College and competed to a high standard.
Earlier this term, 16 students went to Levin to compete in the Athletes With Disabilities (AWD) Swimming event. The students were a credit to Awatapu College and competed to a high standard.
Junior Honours will be held on the last day of term - Thursday 5 December at 12.30pm in the Gymnasium. All parents and caregivers are welcome to attend. The ceremony will conclude at approximately 1.50pm. Students will then attend a brief form time and be released from school at approximately 1.55pm. If your child requires supervision until 3.15pm on this day, please contact the school office.
Senior Sign Out is Monday 2 December. Students will report to the Gymnasium at 10.00am to complete sign out formalities. Students who have paid their fees and completed sign out will be issued a school magazine. Students will be released from school by 11.00am.
Junior students (Year 9 and 10) will start school at 11.30am on Monday 2 December to accommodate Senior Sign Out. Bus students who are required to arrive at school at the usual time should report to the library where they will be supervised until normal timetable resumes.
Year 9 students will start at 9.45am on Friday 29 November 2019 (no module class). Students should report directly to their form class on this day. Bus students arriving at the usual time can go to the library where they will be supervised until 9.45am.
