MathsComp

Three students from Awatapu College, Helen Liu, Emma Muir and Patrick Sumadi, recently competed in the Massey Manawatu Mathematics and Statistics Competition. This competition has over 20 schools from all across the Manawatu-Wanganui region.

Our team lead from the start all the way to the final question, where they were only narrowly beaten by Dannevirke High School by 1 point.

Well done, Helen, Emma and Patrick - you should be very proud of your achievement.
