Congratulations to all of our former students who are graduating with tertiary qualifications this month. It is always rewarding to learn of their achievements. Four of our staff members will also be celebrating their academic successes this month. Ms Agius and Ms McEwan graduate with a Graduate Diploma of Teaching (Secondary), Mr Ali with a Masters of Teaching and Learning, and Ms McLaren with a Masters of Teaching and Learning with Distinction.
Recently a group of our international students were given the opportunity to meet the Palmerston North City Mayor, Grant Smith, as part of a networking and information event showcasing what Palmerston North has to offer. Check out the Manawatu Guardian article here.

Congratulations to Sam Portch who has been selected in the 2018 New Zealand Speed Skating Team to compete in the World Speed Skating Championships in the Netherlands in July. This has been an outstanding year for Sam, following on from his success at the Oceania competition where he received silver in the 3km relay and bronze in the 10km event. Well done, Sam. We wish you all the best for the World Speed Skating Championships later this year.
