Vaping / E-cigarette - Personal Submission on Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Bill

The Government is considering what the regulations around vaping / e-cigarettes should look like. This is an issue that affects young people directly and therefore it affects schools, teachers, parents and our communities. This will be the one and only opportunity we have to influence the Government to help ensure the laws around vaping will not only protect young people – but move us closer to achieving Smokefree Aotearoa by 2025.

You can make a personal subsmission online: https://www.parliament.nz/en/ECommitteeSubmission/52SCHE_SCF_BILL_94933/CreateSubmission

Click here for the Cancer Society template submissions that can be used as a guide for you.

The time to act is now! Submissions close 1 April 2020.
