Zone Restrictions
Awatapu College is not a zoned high school. We accept enrolments from across Palmerston North.

There are various costs depending on what courses and activities your child chooses. Please contact the school office for more detailed information.
Donations
We ask all parents to financially support the College by way of an annual donation. Donations are used to improve and maintain the educational, cultural and sporting amenities of the College. Please click here to view the 2019 donations.

The school office is open 8.00am-4.30pm for cash and eftpos payments. Electronic transfer and automatic payments are also accepted. Years 12-13
Year 12 and 13 students wear mufti all year round. Student Council organises mufti days for other year levels. Students are expected to dress in a neat and tidy manner, to take pride in their appearance and to present a positive image of Awatapu College.
In all cases, the Principal's ruling on the suitability of any item of clothing or a student's presentation will be final.

A rural bus service is available to out of town students via UZABUS. Please contact UZABUS on 06 356 4896 for the most up to date information regarding bus routes and pickup/drop off points. Students must carry their Awatapu College ID card when travelling on the bus service. ID cards are available from the school office for $7.50.
City Bus Service
