Parent Teacher Association
The Awatapu College Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a group of parents and teachers who seek to assist the College in practical ways to provide extra services and additional facilities for student use.
The current PTA positions are held by:
• Hilary McKenna - Chairperson
• Kate Smith - Secretary
• Gary Yeatman - Treasurer / Principal
We are always looking for enthusiastic parents who are willing to support us in a wide variety of ways. The PTA organises information evenings and fundraising which are very much appreciated by the College, so there are many ways you can help.
Alternatively, if you are unable to assist through volunteering time, you could provide a financial contribution to our work. All money raised goes to provide facilities for the current students at Awatapu College.
